On my first day at The Marketing Collective I had the day divided into two sections.
In the morning I was inputting data and events to the Hampshire Attractions website which is ran by The Marketing Collective. For example, one of the events which I put onto the events page was 'Sky Dining with Stephanie Moon'. I done this by going onto the Spinnaker Tower website and looking on their events page and getting the information then I had to copy the information which had been wrote by the event organiser and put it onto the Hampshire Attractions website and then offered a 'More Information Here.' button on the website for audiences to be able to be directed to the original website of the event so that they can read about all the details. After I had included the event information, dates and times I had to upload an image so that people could see this on the main event page on the website. I uploaded the photograph of Stephanie Moon as this was the image which was being shown on the Spinnaker Tower website for this event.
The screenshots below from the Hampshire Top Attractions website of an event which I added to the website. The image on the left shows the event and how it would be seen on the events page and then when the audiences press 'Read More...' they will be directed to the page on the right.

After lunch I was writing cards to Winchester based customers of The Marketing Collective which said:
'Dear ***
Please find enclosed your copy of the Winchester Guest Magazine 2016. If you would like any more copies please get back to us on 02380 001655. Hope you enjoy this read. :)
Best, Emily'
After I had wrote these cards I had to write the addresses on the envelopes and enclose the magazine and the cards which I has previously wrote for each customer.
After I had finished doing the letters I started to create a ballot box for the event which is on Saturday 23rd April 2016 (St. Georges Day) for a child bunting competition. I started with a plain card board box and wrapped it in yellow paper so it was a neutral colour and then created little triangles out of other coloured paper to have the box having the same reference as the competition to make this easily visible to the eye. This was how the bow was after I had finished for today, which I will continue on tomorrow.
